Step into a deeply restorative experience designed to soothe your nervous system and bring you back into balance. This Reiki + Soundbath Journey blends gentle energy healing with immersive sound to help release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect you to yourself.

As you rest comfortably, you'll be guided into stillness while the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments wash over you. Reiki energy is offered throughout the session, supporting energetic alignment and creating space for your body to soften, unwind, and receive.

This is your invitation to slow down, be held, and simply exist. No effort required.

Yoga mats, bolsters, and yoga blankets are available for use at the studio. You are also welcome to bring your own mat, pillow, blanket, and eye covers from home. Wear comfortable clothing.. Water and herbal tea are available in the lobby.
